At Joe Aesthetics, I believe that fitness should be an enjoyable and empowering lifestyle choice. I work with individuals of all fitness levels and adapt our training programs to meet their specific goals. I am here to guide you through your fitness journey and help you achieve the body you want.
WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
I started working with Joe 15 months ago. Initially, I appreciated the ease at which he approached my workout routine. It wasn't excessively long or hard; it didn't leave me feeling exhausted or so sore I couldn't move. Working out on my own, I easily overdid it which made it hard to follow through consistently. As time progressed and I wanted more of a challenge, Joe added more detail in the training sessions working up to targeting muscle groups. All the while, discussing nutrition, pre and post workout meals and snacks to help aid in recovery. Although, to this point I have not followed a nutrition plan; he has taught me so much in adapting my eating habits to support my workout routine. Overall, I am very pleased with my physique and physical strength. I have also found ease focusing more on how I feel than what is on the scale.
